Dacă aveți 14 ani, puteți conduce cu anumite restricții, conducând cu un permis de învățare.  Un adolescent de 13 ani poate conduce și în proprietate privată, dar nu poți călători pe drumurile publice.  Testul de conducere costă 62 de euro pentru un vehicul ușor, iar pentru un camion, autobuz și mașină costurile vor diferi de la un vehicul la altul. De asemenea, trebuie să aveți un permis de conducere internațional valabil în Marea Britanie și trebuie să aveți un permis de conducere internațional. Trebuie să aveți toate documentele necesare, pașapoarte, pașapoarte vechi etc.

Centurile de siguranță sunt o necesitate în Marea Britanie. Trebuie să purtați centura de siguranță sau puteți primi o amendă de 100 de euro.
